Mnemoneuo (Gr) - Remember (Eng) - mnemoneuo is the Greek word for "remember."
But, it means more than recall information, but "to be mindful of," and "to call to mind," and,
even, "to make mention of." It is used 21 times in the GNT.
The writer of Hebrews uses it in chapter 13, verse 7 like this:
"Remember those who led you, who spoke the word of God to you;
and considering the result of their conduct, imitate their faith." |

The "the terraces," or
"the Millo," that David built up in 2 Samuel 5:9 have been uncovered and are visible today to people who can walk up to them or view from from a distance from the Mt. of Olives.
"David then took up residence in the fortress and called it the City of David. He built up the area around it, from
the terraces (the Millo) inward." (2Sm.5:9)
