You must contact us within 10 days of receipt for return authorization prior to returning any item for any reason.
Upon notifying us of the return, Generation Word will give you instructions on returning the book (s).

Any products damaged during shipment must be addressed by the customer with the responsible carrier.

All returns must be in the original packaging and be suitable for resale. Generation Word will refund or credit the value of the item and any taxes you were charged for that specific item, minus a 15% restocking charge.

Generation Word will not refund shipping charges except when the wrong product was shipped as a result of our error.

Restocking and return shipping charges will not apply to those products returned due to a shipping error. If an item is received as a result of a Generation Word error, contact us immediately.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
